A few pictures taken around the garden over the Independance day weekend.

Some new photos that I was able to take last night as we harvested another 20 lbs of food from the yard. There's not a better feeling in the world than getting outside with your family and picking the foods that you will sit down and eat together!

You have to respect a plant who's will to reproduce is so strong it will naturally hold itself over the deep winter, a trip to the compost pile and who knows what in order to spring to life. Here's a peek at some of the "volunteers" in our garden.

I think a great thing to do in the garden is to use recycled/reused materials whenever we can. They're cheaper and are a responsible use of recources. I'll use this album as a small catalogue of items that I've recycled around my "Corner Garden"
